Maybe you want to create some new habits and are looking for accountability for 6 or 12 weeks as you kick it into high gear and make big (or little) changes in your life.
Or maybe you need to build a relationship with someone who can be available to you when you’ve got a sticky situation at work or at home and need a place to bounce ideas, strategize a way forward, make concrete plans.

I do most of my coaching by Zoom or phone (in person available for local clients on a case by case basis). Scheduling is easy. I use a software called Appointlet that let’s you manage the schedule. Click HERE to check it out.
Payments can be made by check, credit card, or Venmo. I typically invoice monthly.
